National Cryptophonic Device
The National Cryptophonic Device is a significant KETAK development in secure voice communications. Its purpose was to digitally process voice and transmit cryptomessages over wideband VHF/FM terminal networks, strengthening the confidentiality of radio links.
The device was designed with interoperability, stable performance, and operational use in mind. The development combined expertise in digital processing, cryptography, and integration with existing communications networks.
